By creating an account or using RegisterCQC ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
RegisterCQC provides a software platform to help UK care providers prepare for CQC registration. The Service includes premises checklists, document trackers, application stage tracking, interview preparation guidance, and AI-assisted policy drafting.
Important limitation: RegisterCQC provides guidance tools only. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, regulatory, or professional advice. You are responsible for verifying all requirements directly with the Care Quality Commission. RegisterCQC accepts no liability for the outcome of any CQC registration application.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at hello@registercqc.co.uk.
Individual plans are one-time payments. The Consultant plan is a monthly subscription. All prices exclude VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe.
One-time plans are non-refundable once the relevant features have been accessed. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time via your billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You must not: use the Service for unlawful purposes; attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data; scrape, copy, or resell content from the Service; introduce malware or attempt to disrupt the Service; or misrepresent yourself or your organisation.
The platform software, design, and non-user content are owned by RegisterCQC. Policy drafts generated by the AI assistant are provided for your use subject to your plan; RegisterCQC retains no claim over the content of policy documents you customise and adopt as your own.
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RegisterCQC shall not be liable for: indirect or consequential losses; loss of profits or revenue; loss of data; any outcome of a CQC registration application; or any reliance on content provided by the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@registercqc.co.uk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
